Refunds & Returns

CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Because of the nature of customized products and services, unless they arrive damaged or defective, The Tawny Canvas does not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Perishable products

  • Digital downloads

If you have decided to cancel your order on a custom item that requires a proof (digital files), you will be charged a fee for the proof. Proof charges will vary per purchase, please inquire about the charge for your custom order. Deposits will not be refunded as well.

SHOP ITEMS

Any non-custom item can be returned within 14 days of receipt with valid issue/concern (product quality, damaged during shipment). Only the price of the product is refunded upon receipt of returned item. Buyer is responsible for cost of shipping back to seller. Refunds can only be given for non-custom orders once The Tawny Canvas has received the unused item in its original packaging.

TO START A REFUND:

  • Contact The Tawny Canvas within 14 days of delivery (please reply to your receipt, or email hello@thetawnycanvas.com)

  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
